REPORT FROM OPC TERMINAL. TAKE NOTE THAT ON THE VESSEL BREEZE THE UNIT CMCU4581233, ACCORDING TO THE SYSTEM THE UNIT WAS LOADED ON POSITION 080102, HOWEVER PHYSICALLY IT CAME IN ROW 080302, THAT ROW HAS DAMAGES IN CELL GUIDE. AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO UNLOAD THE UNIT BUT DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE GUIDE CELL IT CANNOT BE UNLOADED, THIS IS BECAUSE THE STRUCTURE OF THE CONTAINER COULD BE DAM DAMAGED, AND THE CRANE COULD BE DAMAGED AS WELL. TAKE NOTE THAT THE UNIT CANNOT BE DISCHARGE
